Sabarmati University

Sabarmati University was established in 2009 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Gujarat’s 1st Dual-mode State Private University was established by the State Legislature of Gujarat Act No. 8 of 2009 and further amended with Act No. 20 of 2019. It was formerly known as Calorx Teachers’ University. It has been launched with the core motive of providing diversity in education and creating scholars with global standards and skills. It envisages developing a varied domain of professionals who are ready to be leaders in their respective fields. Through the latest technology, advanced methods of teaching, and continuous efforts to grow more, the university has established itself to new heights of academic records. The university has been continuously following a comprehensive evaluation to evaluate its students. The procedure for assessment by the University includes testing of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The calibre of the students is analyzed based on analytical, critical, synthesis and similar skills.
